§ 25.286   Antenna painting and lighting.

   The  owner  of an earth station antenna structure must comply with all
   applicable painting, marking, and/or lighting requirements in part 17 of
   this chapter. In the event of default by the owner, the station licensee
   will be responsible for ensuring that such requirements are met.
