§ 6.15   Generally.

   (a) All manufacturers of telecommunications equipment or customer premises
   equipment and all providers of telecommunications services, as defined under
   this subpart are subject to the enforcement provisions specified in the Act
   and the Commission's rules.

   (b) For purposes of § § 6.15 through 6.23, the term “manufacturers” shall
   denote manufacturers of telecommunications equipment or customer premises
   equipment   and   the  term  “providers”  shall  denote  providers  of
   telecommunications services.
