§ 61.68   Special notations.

   (a)  Any  tariff  filing  made  pursuant to an Application for Special
   Permission,  Commission  decision  or order must contain the following
   statement:

   Issued under authority of (specific reference to the special permission,
   Commission decision, or order) of the Commission.

   (b) When a portion of any tariff publication is issued in order to comply
   with the Commission order, the following notation must be associated with
   that portion of the tariff publication:

   In compliance with the order of the Federal Communications Commission in _
   (a specific citation to the applicable order should be made).
