§ 64.902   Transactions with affiliates.

   Except for carriers which employ average schedules in lieu of determining
   their  costs,  all carriers subject to § 64.901 are also subject to the
   provisions  of  § 32.27  of  this  chapter concerning transactions with
   affiliates.
