§ 73.765   Determining operating power.

   The operating power specified in § 73.751 shall be determined by use of a
   calibrated dummy load or by any other method specified by the licensee and
   accepted by the Commission. Such method may subsequently be used by the
   licensee to maintain the authorized operating power.
