§ 0.421   Application forms.

   All forms for use in submitting applications for radio authorization,
   together with instructions and information as to filing such forms, may
   be obtained at http://www.fcc.gov/forms. For information concerning the
   forms to be used and filing requirements, see part 1 of this chapter
   and the appropriate substantive rules.
