  § 22.863   Frequency stability.

   The frequency stability of equipment used under this subpart shall be
   sufficient to ensure that, after accounting for Doppler frequency
   shifts, the occupied bandwidth of the fundamental emissions remains
   within the authorized frequency bands of operation.
