§ 69.412   Non participating company payments/receipts.

   For telephone companies that are not association Common Line tariff
   participants, the payment or receipt of funds described in § 69.612(a)
   and (b) shall be apportioned, respectively, as an addition to or a
   deduction from their common line revenue requirement.
