Gentlemen/Ladies:

The FCC has in the past acted hastily to propose and implement such rules and regulations to the detriment of FM radio and the public interest. We will always have to live with the interference caused by Docket 80-90.

I hope the FCC learns from these past mistakes and get more technical information

Passing the above and cause the most damaging interference we have ever encountered on the FM radio band.
