I am writing in support of the concept of low-power FM stations, small, local, individually owned (or not-for-profit) stations that would have a limited range and serve a small area. I think frequencies should be available for such operations. I am not a technician, and don't know which
of the proposals that I've read are the best, but it's better than going after & shutting down the so-caIled pirate stations. I think there is room for the micro stations out there. Please consider that when you revise the regulations.
