§  0.416   The Federal Communications Commission Record.

   Texts adopted by the Commission or a member of its staff on delegated
   authority and released through the Office of Media Relations are
   published in the FCC Record. The FCC Record is published biweekly in
   pamphlet form. The pamphlets are available on a subscription basis from
   the Superintendent of Documents. Each biweekly pamphlet contains a
   table of contents and current index. A consolidated index is published
   on a periodic basis.
